Dua of Akhir Jumua (last Friday of Ramadhan)

Bismillāhir Raḥmānir Raḥīm Sajada laka wajhī wa khaḍaʿat laka raqabatī fa taqabbal tawbatī warḥam ḍaʿfī laka ṣumtu wa min rizqika akaltu wa ʿalayka tawakkaltu ʿAlayka s-salāmu yā shahra Ramaḍān laqad kunta ḥiṣnan liman talā fīkal Qurʾāna wa ʿibādar Raḥmān Kam min ṣāʾimin lam yaṣumka abadan wa kam min qāʾimin lam yaqumka abadan Ḥasbunallāhu wa niʿmal wakīl wa niʿmal mawlā wa niʿman naṣīr wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāhil ʿAliyyil ʿAẓīm Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā āli Muḥammadin wa bārik wa sallim

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. My face has prostrated to You and my neck has bowed before You. So accept my repentance and have mercy on my weakness. For You I fasted, from Your provision I ate, and upon You I relied. Peace be upon you, O month of Ramadan! Indeed you were a fortress for those who recited the Quran within you — the servants of the Most Merciful. How many a fasting person who shall never fast again; and how many a night-prayer who shall never pray the night again. Allah suffices us and He is the best of trustees, the best of protectors and the best of helpers. There is no might and no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. O Allah, bestow blessings and peace upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad.
